    The cup of this coffee is characterised by a strong, berry-like taste and hints of dark chocolate. Recommended both as an espresso or filter coffee, with milk, which will bring the unique, aromatic notes of red berries and blueberry cake to fully unfold. Origin and Plantation This coffee is cultivated on the border to Congo in the Rwenzori Mountain range. AA represents the large Screen 17 Up beans. Arabica coffee from Uganda is famous for its well-balanced flavour: a full body and a mild tanginess. Uganda is among the ten most important coffee producing countries of the world and is the second largest producer of Robusta. Today it is gaining increasing recognition for the quality of its Arabicas. It is the next frontier for specialty coffee in East Africa.     Origin and Plantation The Dominican Republic was one of the first colonies that received coffee seeds from Martinique at the beginning of the 18th century. In the last decades the Republic endured crisis, revolutions and poverty. The country and economy has been recovering slowly. Apart from tourism, the export of coffee is a very important economic factor for the country. Dominican Republic produces high quality coffee which ripens under ideal growing conditions on many small farms. Barahona, in the northwest of the island, is the best cultivation region of the country. The raw coffees are washed and dried in the sun. Character and Taste In Japan, this coffee is regularly blended with the famous Jamaica Blue Mountain. This became an insider tip in the USA a long time ago, since it promises an ideal combination of acidity, body and aroma.
