    Well balanced, full-flavoured body and a mild acidity. Finca el Flamingo has a sweet, floral aroma with chocolate notes. Named after the fishing village Celestún, which houses a reserve for flamingos located nearby, the organically cultivated coffee is the product of a cooperation of farmers from Jaltenango in the State of Chiapas in Southern Mexico. Founded in 2011, the coffee is cultivated at altitudes of 1,200 - 1,500 meters, washed by hand and sun-dried. Mexico is one of the first countries to counter beetle infestation with the help of bees.     A strong, full-flavoured red and yellow Catuaí coffee produced over 275 hectares in San Andrés, Honduras. Copantillo is mild in acidity with tones of walnuts and chocolate. Positive Changes for Honduras! Honduras is the fifth largest producer of coffee in the world, the third largest in Latin America and the largest in Central America. This is the result of the efforts of 120,000 coffee farming families and coffee institutions. The market continues to grow, but in the last 15 years, Honduran coffee also started to position itself as a producer of high quality coffee. 92% of the growers are small farmers, who have joined forces for the common good; to produce superior quality coffee with modern drying processes for the specialty coffee industry, which in turn has led to a positive change in their earnings and standards of living. Origin and Plantation This coffee is cultivated on the border to Congo in the Rwenzori Mountain range. AA represents the large Screen 17 Up beans. Arabica coffee from Uganda is famous for its well-balanced flavour: a full body and a mild tanginess. Uganda is among the ten most important coffee producing countries of the world and is the second largest producer of Robusta. Today it is gaining increasing recognition for the quality of its Arabicas. It is the next frontier for specialty coffee in East Africa. The intensive taste of the Ugandan coffee sets it apart from other lesser aromatic coffees of its neighbouring countries. Roast: [2.5] Medium

    Origin and Plantation The Dominican Republic was one of the first colonies that received coffee seeds from Martinique at the beginning of the 18th century. In the last decades the Republic endured crisis, revolutions and poverty. The country and economy has been recovering slowly. Apart from tourism, the export of coffee is a very important economic factor for the country. Dominican Republic produces high quality coffee which ripens under ideal growing conditions on many small farms. Barahona, in the northwest of the island, is the best cultivation region of the country. The raw coffees are washed and dried in the sun. Character and Taste In Japan, this coffee is regularly blended with the famous Jamaica Blue Mountain. This became an insider tip in the USA a long time ago, since it promises an ideal combination of acidity, body and aroma. The coffee gets its extraordinarily intense sweetness due to the careful processing. This coffee is a fine, exotic speciality in our assortment.
