THE YEAR IT ALL STARTED
In 2010, when the term third-wave coffee in Malta was still new, two brothers had been sharing a kitchen brim with tea and coffee gadgets, sourcing beans and leaf teas from small, wonderful plantations, and experimenting with different brewing methods. A few years later, after being invited to a local convention to share knowledge, BREW was born. Serving hand-brewed specialty coffees and teas, and making the experience more enjoyable, we were soon nicknamed the alchemists of coffee, “like something out of Dexter’s lab”.
